At Monta Jane Akin Elementary, we are happy to offer fun programs throughout the school year for all students. Our programs include Back to School Night, Career Day, Fall & Spring Book Fairs, Green Apple Deposit Day, Kid's First, Reflections, Healthy Lifestyles, Family Nights, Kindness Week Cereal Drive, and our Socktober Sock Drive for LISD Clothes Closet.
